I love this hotel for its great staff who helped me with sim cards during my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, restaurant, and air conditioning. I’m excited to return for Christmas!

i liked this hip new hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. the location of the venue was excellent and stunning, to new queensland country stadium. plus, it was so close to public transport and restaurants/clubs and restaurants/clubs.

Everything felt effortless here. the staff were attentive and had a great sense of humor, making the experience even better. the service was warm and welcoming at all times. I also enjoyed the nice restaurant for breakfast and lunch. 😊.

The queen room was high-class and had complimentary high-speed internet and a Nespresso machine. Location: the hotel was not far from local shops and the stadium, shops and restaurants. Went to Cowboys Leagues Club for drink or two, set within walking distance of the venue.

Having a shower, a hairdryer, and guest toiletries readily available was really convenient. Plus, the location is very central, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. 🌟.

The Clarion Hotel in Townsville has spacious rooms with incredibly comfortable beds, making it easy to relax after a busy day. While housekeeping was inconsistent, it was finally addressed. The fridge needed cleaning, and breakfast options were misleading, but the location is fantastic, with amenities nearby. a decent stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to have a late checkout so we could freshen up after a morning job. The room itself was pristine, with a comfortable bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The addition of a coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, and the large bathroom had beautiful fixtures. We also appreciated the abundance of charging points and USB charging ports for our kids' devices.
